Let’s face it. Your workout routine sometimes get stale. Boring. And you get stuck in a rut. Or sometimes you just need to get started again.
Our FE Training program provides you with an awesome setting to mix-it-up,
get as an intense workout as you desire, and to get extremely motivated.
At FE we believe in a perfect balance of strength training and metabolic training. That's why our two main classes we offer are a specific controlled strength class, and a full body High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) metabolic class. All classes run 45 minutes.
Wednesday: 6am - Half Strength/Half HIIT, 8:30am - Half Strength/Half HIIT
Thursday: 8:30am - Half Strength/Half HIIT, 5:30pm - Half Strength/Half HIIT
Friday: 6am - Strength, 8:30am - HIIT
Saturday: 8:30am - Half Strength/Half HIIT
