Morgan Anderson - Stetson University - D1 Volleyball

"I started working with Scott in November 2022, my senior year of high school. I had been training with different trainers before but was not seeing the results that benefited me on the sand.  Many trainers resort to having their athletes lift heavy and bulking.  Scott takes a different approach working on agility, flexibility, and the athlete's total fitness.  After two months of plyometric jumps, single leg strength work, and incorporating more flexibility and mobility my standing vertical, one-step vert, and approach vert increased greatly.  As a 5'5" beach player, being able to get half of my forearm off the net is awesome. I look forward to continuing to train over the summer to keep us these improvements for the rest of my collegiate career."
