"I have been training with Scott for over a year now and I have achieved and exceeded many fitness/athletic milestones. With his help, I reached a 20.4mph top running speed which was something we were working towards for months. I have also become much more explosive and agile, as well as a lot more flexible. Scott is very good at catering workouts to your specific needs. For example, when working with me he develops a workout plan that will translate to the baseball field. Most importantly, Scott has helped me with injury prevention. Before coming to him I would get injured multiple times every year, but in the year that I’ve worked with him I have not gotten injured. His innovative training methods help me prevent overtraining and rather help me strengthen the right areas and keep my body healthy and in good shape."
