Thank you for signing up for our online fitness coaching program. We look forward to assisting you with your fitness goals.

STEP 1: Your next step will be to go to our private Facebook Group to be accepted in to the group. Please allow up to 24 hours to be accepted into the Facebook group after you click to join. If you do not have a Facebook account you will need to sign up for one. All content and coaching will be through the Fitness Edge Online Coaching Facebook page. Once you're in, there will be a few tasks for you to complete to better your experience with us.

  1. Introduce yourself! We are so excited you've joined and we want to welcome you!

  2. Post publicly or send me a private message about at least one of your fitness goals.

  3. Post publicly or send me a private message about one thing which you struggle with when it comes to staying consistent with your fitness.
